Founded in 2004, Sunproperties Development Corporation (SDC) is the real estate arm of the Hexagon Group of Companies. We specialize in leasing commercial spaces, offices, and warehouses, as well as providing asset management and engineering services that ensure our properties are well-maintained, efficient, and sustainable.
